Your vibe will arrive in travel mode to ensure it won’t turn on during transit. This will prevent the vibe from turning on or charging.

To turn off travel mode, hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses, then travel mode will be deactivated. To turn on travel mode, hold the power button down again until you feel those same two quick pulses, then travel mode will be activated.

Your vibe should ship with a partial charge, though it may have been depleted over time. Before first use, charge your vibe for a full two hours.

For the vibe to charge, make sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the vibe's port. The light will fade in and out when your device is charging and shine bright when complete. We recommend charging via a usb adapter (1A minimum) plugged in to a wall outlet. If the outlet that you try does not light up the vibe button, try using a different outlet.

After cleaning, allow your vibe to dry completely prior to charging. For optimal charging, use the charging cord provided with your vibe. Do not charge your vibe for longer than 3 hours

Charging time: To reach a full charge will take between 1.5–2 hours.

Runtime: At highest speed: 1–1.5 hours. At lowest speed: 2–2.5 hours.

Our vibe is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The vibe battery (like all rechargeable batteries) becomes less effective with usage. If used weekly, we recommend replacing every year. If used more frequently, we recommend replacing sooner. To preserve the lifespan of your battery, charge fully after each use.

Warranty: Our devices have a one-year limited warranty. Scan the unique QR code that comes on your device's packaging to activate your warranty.

1. To make things simple, there’s a single button that controls your device's on/off function and 3-speed vibration setting.
2. Press the button once to turn it on and the LED light will go on—this is the lowest setting.
3. Press again to get to the medium setting, a third time to get to the highest vibration, and again to cycle back to the lowest setting. The vibe is intended for external use.
4. To turn off the vibe, press and hold the button down for longer than one second. The LED light will go out once your device is off.

cleaning and storage

Clean your device before and after every use. Use a mild, unscented soap and water or any silicone-friendly cleaner.

Store in your maude pouch or separately from other toys—sex toys of different materials can damage each other if left in contact.

Keep away from extreme cold or heat.

lubricant usage

We recommend using the vibe with shine organic: our aloe-based lubricant, heat: our warming lubricant, or any other water-based lubricant of your choice.

Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade the silicone.

water contact

The vibe is water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. The vibe should not be fully submerged.

Use as needed to supplement your body's natural moisture during sex or for everyday hydration. Apply externally to clitoris or penis, or internally to g-spot or anus, adding more product as desired. Combine with heat warming lubricant for added sensation. Easily washes away with warm water.

Store shine organic in a cool, dry place.

Shine organic has a two-year shelf life and should be used within 12 months of opening.
