When can I expect results?

While you may notice a shift in how you feel in your body within the first 1-2 months of daily use, base was formulated specifically for internal body mechanisms, so some of these shifts may be subtle and become more effective over time.
Are there any negative side effects?

As with all supplements, we always advise that you check with your doctor before adding to your routine. Everyone has their own unique body chemistry and therefore may not experience side effects that others might. Base may cause slight stomach discomfort in the first week or two of taking the product as your body adjusts, as it would with any probiotic. If you are noticing any abnormal side effects, contact your doctor and discontinue use.
Can I take base while pregnant or taking other medications?

Please consult your healthcare provider prior to use if you are taking any medications, if you have a medical condition, if you are pregnant, or if you are nursing.
When should I take base?

Base can be taken any time of the day. Some reseach suggests probiotics are best taken prior to a meal. That being said, base may be best taken with food if it causes any stomach upset. Zinc may cause stomach discomfort if taken on an empty stomach.
Should I take base when I am sick or have urinary tract issues?

Base is designed to support your body over time, with daily use. Therefore, base should not be used in an attempt alleviate or cure any illness or urinary tract concern. Always consult a doctor if you are experiencing these health issues.

    Effective, with noticeable improvements

    I've been using base for about six weeks now, and I've loved it. I've experienced noticeable changes, including less bloating and better digestion in general, which were my biggest concerns. I will definitely consider using this to see even more improvements as time goes on!

    Simple, effective and thoughtful

    I’ve been taking this daily and really appreciate the clean formula. I’ve noticed subtle but real improvements in my energy levels and overall mood, and I appreciate that it supports both sex wellness and hormonal balance. There is no weird aftertaste and I haven’t had a UTI since!

    Noticeable Difference in Digestion and Supplement Absorption

    I’ve been taking Base for almost two months and have noticed a real difference. My digestion feels more settled, and I’ve felt more balanced overall. I also take magnesium daily in the evening, and when I pair it with Base, I can tell it works better. When I skip Base, I really notice the difference.

    Beneficial!

    I really saw a difference in my overall vaginal health after using the supplement daily. The only downside was there is a little bit of a bitter taste. I assume it’s the shelling on the capsules. But the bitter taste is completely outweighed by the benefits.
