Refund policy

All supplements and rise condom sales are final, this includes any kits they are included in. Unopened lubricant (box must remain sealed) and unopened bath salts, oils, body wash, and candles will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products.

Please note, the following products are Final Sale and not eligible for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons, regardless if they are sealed or unsealed (unless defective):

To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send us an email at orders@getmaude.com to alert us of the damage (a photo is always helpful) and we will walk you through the process.
