a quick guide to using and caring for your drop.

travel mode.

Your drop will arrive in travel mode to ensure it won’t turn on during transit. This will prevent the drop from turning on.

To turn off travel mode, hold down the power button for three seconds until you feel two quick pulses then travel mode will be deactivated. To turn on travel mode, hold the power button down again until you feel those same two quick pulses then travel mode will be activated.

Your drop should ship with a partial charge though it may have been depleted over time. Before first use, charge your drop for a full two hours.

charging.

For the drop to charge, make sure the charging plug is fully inserted into the drop's port. The light fades in and out when your drop is charging and it will remain lit when complete. We recommend charging via a USB adapter (1A minimum) plugged into a wall outlet. If the outlet that you try does not light up the drop button, try using a different outlet.

When drop has a low battery, its button will blink indicating it needs to be charged.

To reach a full charge will take between 1.5–2 hours.

runtime
At highest speed: 1–1.5 hours At lowest speed: 1.5-2 hours

Our drop is powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. The drop battery (like all rechargeable batteries) becomes less effective with usage. If used weekly, we recommend replacing every year. If used more frequently, we recommend replacing sooner. To preserve the lifespan of your battery, charge fully after each use.

To make things simple, there’s a single button that controls the on/off and the vibration.

Press the button once to turn it on and the LED light will go on—this is the low setting.

Press again to get to the medium setting, a third time to get to the highest vibration, and again to cycle back through to the lowest setting. The light will increase in brightness with each vibration level.

To turn off the drop, press and hold the button down for longer than one second. The LED light will go out when it’s off. When drop needs to be charged, its battery light will blink.

care.

cleaning & storage

Clean your drop before and after every use with a mild, unscented hand or dish soap and water or any toy cleaner.

Store in your maude pouch or separately from other toys—sex toys of different materials can damage each other if left in contact.

Keep away from extreme cold or heat.

lubricant usage

We recommend using the drop with our organic lubricant or any other water-based lubricant of your choice.

Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade the silicone.

water contact

The drop is water-resistant and can be used in the shower and bath. The drop should not be fully submerged.

We recommend charging your drop after every use for optimal life span.

We recommend using the drop with maude shine organic lubricant or any other water-based lubricant of your choice). Avoid use with silicone or oil-based lubricants as it will degrade the silicone.
