We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support retail and brand marketing efforts, drive community engagement, and create compelling content that aligns with maude's mission and core values. The ideal candidate creative and organized professional who will help elevate brand awareness, engage with our growing audience, and contribute to driving sales through innovative marketing strategies. This role will report to the brand and retail marketing leads.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist in executing brand activations, campaigns, and retail strategies.
- Manage and update marketing calendars for smooth coordination across teams.
- Track marketing performance metrics to improve efforts.
- Help monitor social channels and respond to inquiries, delegating to relevant teams as needed.
- Support retail marketing by managing partner relationships and assisting with key activations.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Engage actively and promptly with our social media audience to foster community, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media, email, and other channels in line with marketing strategies.
- Stay informed of social media trends to drive innovation and inform new initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with community, influencer partnerships, and collaborations with content creators.
- Identify opportunities to amplify brand presence through events, digital content, and community-building efforts.
- Track and analyze social media and community metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative attitude with a passion for wellness and lifestyle brands. Passion for building customer relationships and understanding audience needs.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or related platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Interest in wellness, intimacy, and lifestyle brands.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Positive attitude and a strong team player.
