maude is seeking a communicative and dynamic Wholesale Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of wholesale account management experience, has a strong network, is organized and expedient, and lives to foster relationships to build a successful marketing channel and drive sales. You will work closely with the DTC marketing team and Director of Product and Wholesale to create cross-channel success by leveraging product pipeline and overall brand visibility and growth. This role will provide a dynamic opportunity for someone who wants to shape a fast-growing brand.  

Responsibilities

  • Maintain network communication: Act as the main point of contact for all wholesale partners to effectively create 360 marketing strategies and internally drive the calendar.

  • Lead wholesale marketing strategy and budget: Create consistent ROI-positive campaigns and communication with wholesale accounts in conjunction with internal marketing strategies across PR, email, influencer, ambassador, and brand marketing.

  • Forecast and drive sales across accounts: Work closely with product and marketing to forecast, identify and pitch opportunities and key partners for account growth that supports overarching brand awareness and growth strategies in key markets.

  • Report and measure: Create and present progress reports to ensure company KPIs are being met and team is abreast of wholesale opportunity and engagements.

  • Liaise cross-functionally: Communicate across operations, product, planning, marketing, and creative to ensure efficiency and quality of retail partner launches and ongoing account management including developing strategic promotional bundles and activations.

    Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • 3-5 years’ of work experience in marketing and account sales preferably in beauty or consumer goods; Ecommerce experience a must.

    • Strong organizational management with a process-driven approach.

    • Experience working cross-functionally with demand planning, marketing, and product teams.

    • Deep understanding and experience working with key retailers in hospitality, beauty, independent, and mass.

    • Sales-driven with negotiation and closing abilities to ensure success.

    • Mastery of communication and project management to maintain an efficient and productive process. 

    • Knack for being resourceful and breaking traditional barriers to identify opportunity and challenge the paradigm.
