Please note, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please send us an email at email@example.com to alert us of the damage (a photo is always helpful).
All rise condom sales are final including the quickie.
Unopened lube (the pump top must remain closed) will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. If your lubricant arrives damaged in transit, please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Defective vibes are under warranty for one year with proof of purchase. See warranty for details. If you are unsure if your vibe is defective, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com for support.
